DYING VICTIMS PRODUCTIONS RELEASE REVIEWS

DYING VICTIMS PRODUCTIONS is a cool label out of Germany who put out a bunch of cool stuff on all formats. Here are a bunch of releases I'm checking out.

CULTIST - Pillars of Flesh

This is a hardcore band adding death metal as well as thrash to their insanity which is their second demo. Oh yeah they're from Germany. This is actually cool as fuck since there's a hint of 1990's era noise rock nihilism added to a few cuts. I wanna see this band someday. By the way this tape comes with a button and (wait for it.......) a sticker.

OCCVITA - Night without End

This German three piece like their HELLHAMMER/CELTIC FROST albeit with better production except were the bass counts. Couldn't hear any Tom G. Warrior grunts though. This is OCCVITA's debut full length after many years pumping out demos and short format releases. The bundle package comes with a shirt and is limited to 100 copies. This definitely is scum approved just for sounding old school and cool.

INDIAN NIGHTMARE - Taking Back the Land

This band is made up of five members from the following nations: Indonesia, Italy (two members), Turkey, and México. Can you imagine what it's like when they try to decide where to eat? Either way this band does speed metal/old school thrash right. I've got a shelf of old albums that these guys sound exactly like. There are plenty of modern bands all trying to do the speed metal/ early thrash thing and the modern production values they employ ruin it for em. This band nails it. I don't care for their name because it reminds me of a Indian restaurant that had a buffet which I indulged on to my mistake. Be that as it may this is cool as fuck especially with the Tom Araya screams.
