LIVE BURIAL - Unending Futility review

LIVE BURIAL - Unending Futility

Transcending Obscurity Records

So while I was listening to this the first time and checking out the band info I realized something important. Holy Shit, this is RAT FACED BASTARD 2.0. For those of you who don't know. RAT FACED BASTARD were/are a death grind act from the UK. They were around a few years back and produced a couple of EPs of decent death grind material.

So I'm looking at LIVE BURIAL's line-up and see that three band members were in RAT FACED BASTARD. Them being vocalist Jamie Brown, guitarist Rob Hindmarsh and drummer Matt Henderson. This band's line-up is followed up with bassist Lee Anderson who's also in a cool death metal act HORRIFIED. Finally there's guitarist Richard Codling.

Musically is where it gets wild. Imagine if you will some old school death doom meets up with cool death grind and then crashes into decent tech death in one of those stupid traffic circles. I hate those circles by the way because people don't know how to navigate through em. But musically this works very well.

The key words when it comes to this, the band's second release, are fuckin amazing. First off Jamie Brown has that blast furnace vocal style which is fuckin fantastic. Add to that there are times when he comes off as a true fuck up emitting sickness and bile. Next up are the leads which are like lightning sizzling the hell out of you. The riffs and song structures are just cool as fuck. Love the silence while the bass steps in to push the song(s) forward.

In the end all I can say is what the fuck! Listening to this is like setting yourself on fire then running out the door onto the street and hoping the professionals don't catch you.

SKULL KORAPTOR - Chaos Station review

SKULL KORAPTOR - Chaos Station

Ragnarok Records

I believe I'm going back to the halcyon days when I chose bands on how cool their album covers looked. Don't laugh, it worked about 80% of the time back in the day. Although I must admit those 20% of duds stuck with ya like bad pennies. And you hated them as well as the idea that you got taken more than liking your fave stuff.

But that's not the case here because not only does SKULL KORAPTOR have some cool looking cover art. But their music is just as memorable. SKULL KORAPTOR are a three piece thrash act from Greece who started out back in 2011. Since then they've gone through some line-up changes. Managed to put out an EP, Dead Ahead, back in 2014. And now finally have a debut full length which gives em some clout.

As far as their brand of thrash goes think of the early West Coast style all the way as an influence. SKULL KORAPTOR are not trying to re-write the book of thrash 101 or introduce some progressive elements into the genre. I'll give em some props as far as their use of melodic MAIDEN-esque soloing which is used quite a lot. As far as their adherence to the old ways they just fuckin rule.

Overall I think the riffs, caustic vocals and the solid rhythm section make SKULL KORAPTOR a pretty good third generation thrash act. There's just a touch of rawness on this release but the production is clean. For me it's those choice melodic leads which pushes this one over the generic side of things. Europe needs some new thrash representatives and this band has the chops to be it.

AKURION - Come Forth to Me review

AKURION - Come Forth to Me

Redefining Darkness Records

As far as super-groups go I can take em or leave em. I really don't see the hype of the whole idea. Now when it comes to tech death my line of departure starts when the music becomes headache inducing guitar freak-outs or jazz interludes. Thankfully this is not that at all. In fact the brutal side of the music here shines and reminds you of the early days of tech death which wasn't a fuckin joke.

AKURION is a Canadian band made up of present and former members of bands like CATTLE DECAPITATION, CRYPTOPSY, NEURAXIS, AUGURY as well as other lesser known acts. Nothing against those other bands. The band members here include Mike DiSalvo on vocals, guitarist Rob Milley, Oli Pinard handles bass duties and finally there's Tommy McKinnon on drums. And if you think those guys are cool you should see the who's who of guests on here. It's like We Are The World Canada.

Now with all of that said it's time for the music. I was expecting something along the lines of a combined influence by all of the bands these guys were/are in. Big surprise it's not like that at all. AKURION come forth with an older sound which glues you to the wall as far as a listening experience. The song structures are amazing as in whatafuck are they going to do next. Rob Milley is such a creative guitarist with fantastic riffs as well as intricate soloing.

Hats off to Tommy McKinnon's organic style of drum work. The guy punishes when needed then adds some subtle but major beat delivering. All of that is cool. The vocals are decently barked. The length of this album does come into question for me. Almost an hour's worth of tech death plus proggy moments equals wears on me. But for someone else this will be some classic Canadian tech death to savor.

TOTENHEER- Die Schwarze Spinne review

TOTENHEER- Die Schwarze Spinne

Self-Released

So here we have a 74-minute concept album by the Swiss black metal band TOTENHEER. The concept is based on a novella titled "The Black Spider" which was written by Albert Bitzius under his pen name Jeremias Gotthelf back in 1842. The Black Spider (aka: Die schwarze Spinne) was his best known work.

The story basically tells the tale of a peasant farming community under the thumb of a not so nice lord. Unable to keep up with the lord's demands the community makes a pack with the devil in order to succeed. The devil helps them and demands a payment of a unbaptized child. The peasants decide to trick and cheat the devil. As retribution the devil sends them the plague in the symbol of the black spider.

Musically the release opens on a somber note then the black metal opera kicks in. TOTENHEER use a melodic black metal style with vocals which are filthy German shouts. The songs vary from slow doom like epics to some good o'l tremolo picked thrash and burn. In the end this is a decent release which you must hear from start to finish.

BURNING SHADOWS - Beneath the Ruins EP review

BURNING SHADOWS - Beneath the Ruins EP

Rafchild Records

It's good to see and hear that this band from Maryland is still keeping it true. I first learned about BURNING SHADOWS not long ago via their third full length, Truth in Legend. I thought that was a pretty amazing release. And if you're into US bands performing European style power metal then get off your ass and go search out that release.

Since that last full length of theirs was self released it's also good to see that this new one is on a label. Not surprisingly it's a German label that deals in power metal and other similar genres. Frankly I figured Shadow Kingdom or Heaven and Hell records would've been a good fit as well. Either way it's a new EP from a very cool band.

Obviously the stand out from BURNING SHADOWS in my not so humble opinion is their vocalist Tom Davy. Once again it's real guy vocals in which he emotes powerful strengths or dangerous spoken threats. Musically you've got the trio of melo-deth riffs and song structures. Add to that the galloping MAIDEN riffs which carry the melodic style. And a slight bite of the CIRITH UNGOL apple throughout as in wild vocals and cool as fuck rhythms with melodic lead work.

There's five originals and two live tracks "The Last One to Fall" from their last album and "Oathbreaker" from their self titled EP. All great stuff for all of you power metal or true metal fans out there.

MIDNIGHT – Rebirth by Blasphemy review

MIDNIGHT – Rebirth by Blasphemy

Metal Blade Records

Well when Metal Blade dropped the "Rebirth by Blasphemy" 7"er last year and the band going on tour with ABBATH and OBITUARY. It was a forgone conclusion that MIDNIGHT was finally moving up to the top tier level of metal. You figure after fifteen years as an underground metal staple. A band (actually a one man recording act) who really pioneered the whole new wave of blackened speed metal would've jumped at the chance years ago.

From what I've learned, Athenar (yeah we all know who he really is) had offers before to sign with a major label but held out until now. I give the guy props for having some integrity as well as sticking to a tried and true sound that has had a slight progression over the years. Sure it's still VENOM 2.0 but I have to say I liked this one better than 2017's Sweet Death and Ecstasy.

MIDNIGHT's latest full length continues on a blackened speed metal path forged years ago and is now just pushing the full on true fuckin metal. Athenar, who was always good at coming up with solid riffs and fast song structures, has excelled as a full on cool song writer. Not that he wasn't before but on Rebirth by Blasphemy the man has gone full fuckin out.

Have I used the word "full" enough? Sure but listen to Athenar kick out some full on cool as fuck and reminiscent solos of the past. Check out how you hear MOTORHEAD and VENOM beat upon another for room only to be pushed aside by EXICTER. In the end this is a great album.

CIANIDE - Unhumanized EP review

CIANIDE - Unhumanized EP

Hells Headbangers Records

It's always cool to have an old friend pop in and say hello once in a while. That's the way I look at this new release (well it came out in Dec 2019) from the US gods of death and doom. CIANIDE are back after a few years of quiet refrain. With the exception of a live album and a split 7"er with NEKROFILTH in 2017 (the cover a COCKNOOSE song on that one). This is the only thing they've come with since 2011's aptly titled Gods of Death.

So while I was listening to these five cuts a thought occurred to me. Even though it's been eight years since their last full length. It's not that this sound and style of playing has been missing. Over the past few years there's been a plethora of bands (mostly from the states) who've copied CIANIDE's style. But then that's just the way it's going in death metal for the past twenty years.

After everyone got tired of melo-deth and the headache inducing technical stuff. The new kids went back to the original stuff and haven't stopped. I never had a problem with that but it's always cool when the original writers of the brutal mayhem manuscripts come back to show everyone how it's done. And these five cuts prove that there are times when the masters of a craft still have some talent and tricks up their sleeves which they didn't reveal to their apprentices.

What I love about this release is how these Chicago greats don't dwell on any particular moment in their career as far as the songs go. Among these five cuts you get reminders of their early crush kill and crush you again style. Plus there's that locomotive chug and stomp sound which came about later on. The dark cavernous vocals remain in tact. The riffs are just as dark and covered with fuzzy slime. The leads are so subtle like scum dripping down a cave wall.

I'll call this one perfect. Oh and yeah I'm a long time fan so include some bias. The sad thing is that this came out late last year otherwise I'd consider this one of the best releases of 2019. Still I highly recommend you get over to the Hells Headbangers website and pick this fucker up. Afterwards blast it till your dwelling shakes. Also don't forget that the Divide and Conquer reissue is coming soon. Nuff Said.

MOLOKEN - Unveilance of Dark Matter review

MOLOKEN - Unveilance of Dark Matter

The Sign Records

Once a month I'll go try a new/different beer (because I'm a beer drinker and hell raiser) and post my opinion of it on Facebook with a photo. Normally I won't come out and say "This Sucks" with a gag reaction afterwards if I don't care for it. Basically I'll just say it's OK but I'll stick with my favorite beers for now. It's the same with certain types of metal genres and the bands within. To a point I find releases by bands who grow the sludge template to be decent but in the end it's not my thing. Although what some of these acts are doing musically is pretty fuckin cool.

MOLOKEN are a self described post sludge metal/post-hardcore four piece act from Sweden. As far as the "post" thing goes well as regular readers of this blog (and frankly who isn't) know I have my negative thoughts on the whole "post" genre tag. I can go out to my shed and pull out a post hole digger. Ya know what came before a post hole digger? A shovel but I digress. Can I just say these Swedes like NEUROSIS and leave it at that? Alright I can't. But then again it's far more than that.

Whether it's the interludes in between tracks that invade the melodic introspective idealism only to be crushed by what follows. What MOLOKEN does on this their fourth full length is like a Sunday afternoon ride to nowhere in particular. Either way it's going to be new and exciting. I really like how the disjointed riffs and tremolo picked measures meet up with the melancholy rhythms and thud-riffic bass lines accompanied by dynamic drum work. Caustic HC style vocals are a given to this genre character.

If anything MOLOKEN, who've been around for over a decade now, provide a great excursion from the usual progressive tendencies of other sludge metal acts who lean off template. I ended up liking listening to it late at night after work. It has that passive aggressive nature which at 3 AM you kinda enjoy. You're tired but still wild at least I am. Unveilance of Dark Matter is captivating and if you're into this style of sludge metal then you need to pick this up. It's one of those types of releases which stand out from the pack and will be remembered.

NUNSLAUGHTER - The Devils Congeries Volume 3 compilation

NUNSLAUGHTER - The Devils Congeries Volume 3 compilation

Hells Headbangers Records

So here's Volume 3 of the NUNSLAUGHTER compilation series which showcases their short form releases. Yeah they have a lot of them. I am a NUNSLAUGHTER fan but mainly a collector of their full lengths. So for a fan like myself these comps are cool. And there's five more to come.

I liked the first two in this series. Volume 3 consists of the band's EPs and splits from 2003 to 2006. Some of this material can still easily be found on vinyl at reasonable prices if you're a collector. As for the selection of songs well it's always a mixed bag with these comps.

The songs off of their Christmassacre 12"er (released by HELLS HEADBANGERS back in 2004) are the best. Then again I have that release. But honestly it's the live cuts in all their horrible sounding "devil metal" glory which won me over.

YGG - The Last Scald review

YGG - The Last Scald

Ashen Dominion

YGG are a Ukrainian black metal act who I got into years ago via their self titled debut from 2011. Of course I moved towards them like a moth to a flame because they had two former NOKTURNAL MORTUM members in their line-up. Hey I'm a fan but also on this latest one, nine fuckin years later, there's still certain aspects which are still around.

First off who the fuck starts off their black metal album off by playing a vargan (aka: a Jews harp)? Yeah well that's what was on their first album and it's starts things off here as well. Bassist/vocalist Vrolok plays that vargan up, with some tribal drum work by Odalv. And then boom it's black metal time. Vrolok proceeds to utilize the vargan as well as some sort of flute throughout this release. There's your folk element.

YGG are glorious in their way of pushing the familiar. Think of the characteristic Ukrainian black metal sound. You've got those layers of atmosphere wedged in-between the melodic cascading riffs and drumming which propels everything forward. The icy sheen of the riffs brings to mind BURZUM. Once in a while the vocals also add to it especially the tortured howls and screams.

Listening to this, especially on a cold cloudy afternoon like today, is like welcoming an old friend you haven't heard from in a while. These four lengthy cuts bring about that whole dissonant sound of the genre re-enforcing that air of majesty that other Ukrainian acts of past and present have. Albeit this band does contain an identity all their own. A great return for YGG.

LOATHFINDER / DRUJ - Aspects of Oblation split review

LOATHFINDER / DRUJ - Aspects of Oblation split

Godz ov War Productions

"Poland's LOATHFINDER know how to do blackened death doom right." That is what I said about their The Great Tired Ones four song EP back in 2017. A few years later there's still no full length from them. What a shame and here we have this new split EP with Alaska's DRUJ.

As far as the three tracks by LOATHFINDER go there's two decent cuts of their HOODED MENACE influenced blackened death doom aesthetics with a not too exciting atmospheric instrumental sandwiched in-between. The cuts sound rehashed from their previous work so it was disappointing.

As far as DRUJ goes, they're another bestial death doom act whose two tracks on here go back to 1980's demo quality production values. Long and unexciting dirges of filth, in a good way, that would make INCANTATION say "nice try". I actually started to doze off.

GOATREICH - Godfetor review

GOATREICH - Godfetor

Ashen Dominion

Well if you have "goat" in your band name I'll be interested in you. If you're Ukrainian black metal with band members who've also played with some other cool extreme acts from that great nation. You've got me in your corner. Of course that's the precept because in the end it's all about the music.

So far as the extreme goes GOATREICH's debut full length does reach that peak of black metal/blackened death. Most of this release is a relentless attack on the mind and body reminiscent of bands twenty years ago. That was a time when the underground portion of the genre screamed foul against the softening of black metal. So the bands just got meaner.

The band's description of themselves consists of being a new infernal horde. Well I'll agree to that because they do convey a hateful blackened attitude on all of these songs. We're talking vile spitting filth for vocals. Musically it's mostly familiar sounding fat bludgeoning riffs. No problem with that because I like that kind of stuff. Finally there's the machine like punishment of the drum work.

GOATREICH considers the songs on Godfetor as hymns written in the name of the horned, perverted cults and violence. Like I mentioned before it's similar to stuff from two decades ago. There are times where a few cuts have a trudging death cadence which does add some variety. Otherwise if you're into some blasphemy which holds no bounds then here you go.

IRONFLAME - Blood Red Victory review

IRONFLAME - Blood Red Victory

Divebomb Records

Does anyone remember "battle metal"? It was a genre tagline from a decade ago. Basically, as far as the music goes, you had bands performing either melodic death metal or power metal. Now the lyrical themes (or shtick if you prefer) was a mixed bag of Norse mythology, the crusades, knights clashing, warriors of old battling it out. And to a small degree some were bestowing virtue to piracy.

The whole thing only lasted a few years as far as popularity goes. I must admit there's a nice size collection of CDs by those types of bands on the rack. But hey what's not to like about metal bands doing songs about iron and steel. Of course when you started seeing, for example, a Canadian band singing about pirates or an Argentinian act pushing out viking mythos it got stupid.

So when I first checked out this third album by Ohio's IRONFLAME I couldn't help but think of battle metal. Now I'm not going to toss them into the pot. But ya know the lyrical themes are all here. They've got songs about battles, honor and glory. Basically everything you'd find in the liner notes of a MANOWAR album.

On the other hand the music itself is pretty damm good. This band reminds me of early TWISTED TOWER DIRE. Who by the way were favorites of mine. You've got these beautiful melodic rhythms which just carry you along. The vocals, which range from from real guy stuff to a mid range high are perfect. Finally there's the lead guitar work which ebbs and flows throughout every cut like a cutting scythe or a violin composer.

In the end I like this album a lot. It's total fantasy metal which I've always loved. Epic in a way which makes your metal loving spirit rise. Throw the horns up to this Ohio band people. Save some room on your battle vests for their logo patches. Have a slot open on the next Keep It True fest. Better yet play this every morning this year when you wake up to face the world. A battle rages and IRONFLAME is on your side.

MIDAS - The Demos review

MIDAS - The Demos

Dying Victims Productions

If you are a friend of the SFM666 Facebook page then you know this month I've been posting album pictures and videos of my 80's metal favorites. Hey why not since it was that particular decade when the genre literally exploded. You had incredible new bands who we still talk about today. You also had some 70's acts make incredible comebacks.

So it's no wonder so many new bands of this era look back to the 80's for inspiration. Which brings us to this band from Detroit, Michigan. MIDAS is a four piece act who live and breath 80's metal. They're the type of band you'd expect to see on stage at a Keep It True fest. They started out in 2018 and last year put out a demo and an EP. What we have here are those releases combined for I guess you could call it their album.

Musically overall this is a good mix of decent hard hitting as well as epic metal material. There's also a good touch of the melodic hard rock. Imagine playing THIN LIZZY and early IRON MAIDEN back to back. There's lots of great guitar lead work. The bass stands out well. Plus the vocals are not too far off from Paul Di'Anno's style but alas no heavy metal screams. Maybe they'll put out a real full length soon and take the world by storm.

ANGEROT - The Divine Apostate review

ANGEROT - The Divine Apostate

Redefining Darkness Records

It ain't over till the fat lady sings and on here she sings quite a lot. I figured OK on one song it was interesting but then it continued onward throughout this album. My queries, who's fuckin her? Then again it might be keyboard effects. Ladies & Gentlemen, and you opera lovers here's the best modern Swedish Death Metal act that's actually from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

ANGEROT come across sound wise as a far better version of GRAVE's and VOMITORY's last good albums from a few years back. Ah yeah for me to state that means a lot. We're talking a blood spitting, throaty and punishing growl vocal. Which is laden-ed with that Swedish buzzsaw guitar sound. Add to that those dive bomber solos. The rhythm section kills like a savage beast.

This is the second album by ANGEROT and it's a great fuckin release. What's really cool is how they're not re-doing the whole 1988-91 revival sound. Nothing against that because I do like plenty of those bands. But what this band is doing carries on with punishing death metal aesthetics circa 1990's with foreboding atmosphere which latch onto you like meat hooks.

ENEMY AWAKE - The Enemy review

ENEMY AWAKE  - The Enemy

Self-Released

So this one here falls under the category of it's OK, it has some faults but it's interesting enough to write about. ENEMY AWAKE is a two piece death metal act from Sweden. The two people involved are multi-instrumentalist Ivan Castro and vocalist Melin Torne.

First off I'm always glad to see women involved in the more extreme genres of metal. I say that not because I'm some pussy whipped feminist liberal dude who's looking to get laid. The fact is that I like variety and metal has become an equal opportunity area of music of late. So when a woman comes along with talent and the vocal chops then I'm into it. But in all honesty I am a male lesbian. Hey I like women.

Be that as it may Melin Torne's vocals remind me of Angela Gossow when she first started with ARCH ENEMY. Of course that's when she's singing in a bestial harsh voice along with kicking in some witch vocal screams. Then again on the album's third cut, "Melody of Death", Torne turns to beautiful clean vocal style.

As far as the music goes it's a mixed bag. They're at times pushing the latter day DISMEMBER crunch. Then things slow down to a melodic sound reminiscent of ARCH ENEMY. There's even some traditional metal sounds and dare I say thrashy bits perminating through out. With all of that said I like the chunky riffs of "Smashing Your Face". Torne adds some great concert style harsh screams as a chorus.

The previously mentioned "Melody of Death" with it's mix of clean sounding vocals mixed with the harsh gruff style is a melodic rocker. "Expose of a Psychopath" is a pretty decent melo-deth number. "Dreamer" is surprisingly bluesy with Castro finally breaking out with some guitar theatrics. And of course "Behold the Fallen Light" is heavy as fuck. So out of the nine cuts on this their debut full length there's some cool stuff.

The low points here are far starters the programmed drums. They're adequate but a human behind a drum kit could add so much more. Secondly production wise this sounds like a demo with very little if any real bass. Also since Torne is the high point then she's being held back in the mix somewhat. So even with that all said I think if ENEMY AWAKE became a real band, instead of a two piece studio project, then they could fill the void left behind after certain acts went bogus.

HELLION - Rebel's Curse review

HELLION - Rebel's Curse

Awakening Records

I'm going to get through this review without using the term "thrash revival". I'm going on a diet as far as that term is needed. With that said I guess it's obvious I'm about to talk about a thrash release. HELLION are a cool three piece thrash act from Colombia. Back in the day when thrash started out I was a huge consumer of goods from Columbia. But I won't go into details.

What we have here is the third of a reissue line from Awakening Records. That label has reissued this band's The Rising of Wizards demo from 2016, their debut full length Hordes of Witchery from 2017 and this one here from 2019. I checked out those releases but decided to talk about this their most recent one.

The tagline on this one is (once again) blackened thrash but don't let your mind become numb with bias opinion. This is not your typical US generic stuff. HELLION are true followers of the raw old school sounding thrash which will not push boundaries of this age. On the other hand this is something cool for people who acknowledge the greatness of South American extreme metal meets old school Teutonic warfare with just a hint of West Coast swagger.

Personally I think this band likes some early KREATOR. As far as a more modern take I'm thinking MERCILESS DEATH. Either way it's a handshake to the past's raw attack with some evil incarnate. The vocals, which come across as vile spirited hate, are the main stand out. The leads are OK. Which all culminates in the riffs, this is thrash you know, that are reminiscent of the past. Amazing rhythm section that totally knocks this up a notch. Welcome to 2020 people and to be a decent enough thrash band you've gotta check out.

ABRUPT DEMISE - The Pleasure to Kill and Grind review

ABRUPT DEMISE - The Pleasure to Kill and Grind

Raw Skull Recordz

Sure I have some room in my fandom for some new Dutch death metal. Especially since I'm always hyping the greatness of PROSTITUTE DISFIGUREMENT as well as ASPHYX. Although I won't place ABRUPT DEMISE in that league as those two mentioned are huge favorites of mine. This band still has an abrasive feel to em in order to warrant a write up.

ABRUPT DEMISE are a five piece act from the Netherlands who are made up with some extreme metal scene veterans. They started out in 2010, released a three track EP in 2013 and abruptly fell silent for a while until this new full length dropped.

What's cool about ABRUPT DEMISE is that their sound is brutal death metal done in a way that's surgical in song structure. You take a song like "Mutual Mutilation" which has an almost machine like precision to it's butchery. Hard pounding riffs with accented percussion weave a tight tech savvy aura.

Of course the standards are all here. You've got your rotting filth style vocals, rapid fire drum work as well as machine like or if you prefer industrial strength riffs. The guitar soloing takes a back seat squeal or trudging countenance to the basic riffs. Basically this release is brutal, slightly tech death and totally enjoyable with plenty of interesting sound bites in between the cuts.

IN THE FIRE - The Living Horror Show

Horror Pain Gore Death Productions

TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION, saw them over a decade ago here in NC. Got a t-shirt and their Zen and the Art of Total Fucking Destruction CD. Great show, they played with my friends SLUGNUT. RUMPELSTILTSKIN GRINDER, never saw em but have their CD, Living for Death, Destroying the Rest, from 2009. Trust me it's a great fuckin album.

So with that said what does it all mean to you keen observers of SFM666? Well it shows that I really am one sick individual when it comes to extreme music. But also there's two musicians from those acts in this band right fuckin here. Hailing from Hostile City, USA which most of you know as Philadelphia, PA we have a newer three piece act known as IN THE FIRE.

Actually they're not so new. This is their second full length. The previous bands I mentioned were serious grind fuckin core. This is not grind at all. Sorry but it touches on that genre a bit. Mostly what we have here is death thrash done with amazing old school leads which, production wise, come down from above.

The vocals on here come across as harsh filth which works well considering the style which is being thrust into the listener's heads. Right now as I'm writing this the murderous sounds of this release are pouring out of the speakers. They should come out of your's as well.
